These terms cover your use of this website. The Rita service itself is provided under a written agreement with each business.
Who we are
Rita is a Seen & Heard service. Seen & Heard is a brand of JDAH Ventures Limited, registered in Ireland, company no. 821998, registered office 77 Lower Camden Street, Dublin 2, D02 XE80. We operate from Vilamoura, Portugal. You can reach us at hello@getrita.pt.
This website
This website describes Rita, an AI receptionist that is launching soon and is not taking calls yet. Nothing on it is an offer you can accept. Prices marked "example" show how pricing is likely to work and may change before launch.
The demonstrations
The calls on this website are demonstrations. They use sample scripts and, for now, stand-in voices, to show how Rita works. They are not recordings of real callers, and they are not a promise about how any particular call will go.
The Rita service
Before Rita answers any calls for a business, we agree a written contract with that business. It sets out the price, the minutes included, the monthly spending limit, and how either side can end the agreement. It includes a data processing agreement covering the information of the people who call. If anything in that contract differs from this website, the contract applies.
Our content
The words, design, logo, audio and other material on this website belong to JDAH Ventures Limited. You are welcome to read, share and link to it. Please do not copy it for commercial use without asking us first. Names and logos of other businesses belong to their owners.

Where we link to another website, we do so to be helpful. We are not responsible for its content or how it handles your information.
Accuracy and liability
We take care to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we provide it as it is, and it may change. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.

If something is not right, please tell us first at hello@getrita.pt and we will do our best to put it right. You can also use the Livro de Reclamações, Portugal's official complaints book.

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland. This does not take away any rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page.
